Pasta with Vegetables

300 grams chicken fillets.
3 cups chopped spinach.
2 tablespoons oil.
2 zucchinis.
2 carrots.
6 mushrooms.
1 large onion, diced.
1 clove garlic.
1 teaspoon chopped parsley.
½ capsicum.
2 rashers bacon.
1 small tin crushed tomatoes.
375 gram packet pasta (big bows).
4 chicken stock cubes.
1 small carton cream.


Sprinkle chicken with chicken stock. 
Fry onions, parsley, garlic and capsicum then add bacon and continue frying.
Add remaining vegetables and fry a further few minutes.
Add tomatoes and pasta, stirring in pasta so it is coated well with juices and oil.
Cover mixture with water and bring to boil then cover and simmer until pasta is cooked.
Lastly add cream, continue to simmer for 5 minutes then serve.
