Fruit Coulis

1 Cup White Sugar.
1 Cup Water.
Up to 1 cup of fruit of your choice (strawberry, mango, kiwi, blueberry etc).
Squeeze of lemon juice.


Make up the sugar syrup by mixing the water + sugar together with a touch of lemon juice.
Boil and reduce to syrup.
Blend up your fruit in a blender - can be sieved if desired.
Once syrup has cooled mix in blended fruit.
