Garlic Bread

125g butter.
1 teaspoon lemon juice.
2 fresh crushed garlic cloves.
2 teaspoons finely chopped fresh parsley.
1 whole crusty loaf or mini rolls.


Mix softened butter, garlic, lemon juice & parsley together.
Cut bread into individual portions & butter.
Cook in 180 deg C oven until hot.

Garlic butter can be pre-made into logs by piping onto greaseproof paper layer on top of tin foil & rolling into a log.
Twist the foil & paper at either end & freeze.
The frozen log can be cut into portions - Ideal for serving on hot baked potatoes & steaks.
