General Description:

A sweet berry with a slightly sour overtone.
A member of the rose family.
Has a delicate structure of small nodules around a hollow central cavity.


Selection:

Choose fresh raspberries that are firm and plump with a deep uniform colour.
Avoid those that look soft or mushy.
