Usually contains a high number of seeds.

Select pomelos that are firm to slightly soft and feel heavy for their size.
Favour round to slightly pointed pomelos with shiny skin.
Avoid those which are very soft.

High in Vitamin C.
Good source of Potassium.

Pomelos can remain at room temperature for approx 2 weeks.
Can also be stored in the fridge for approx 3 weeks.
