General Description:
Citrus fruit with two main colour varieties - Pink and White.
Both are equally as sweet.
Some grapefruits are seedless.
Selection:
Ideally a good grapefruit will feel firm and will be springy to touch.
Try and pick fruit that feels heavy for its size because with this fruit weight is a good indicator of juice content.
The skin colour does not indicate ripeness.

High in Vitamin A, Vitamin C & good source of Fibre.
The pink variety has more Vitamin A than the yellow variety.
