General Description:

Grapes are a popular berry - the harvest from a grape vine can end up in products enjoyed by people all around the world.
Generally grapes are a juicy berry with smooth skin and are generally seeded with some seedless varieties.
Grapes are separated by their colour - White (pale yellow -green to a light green) and Red (light red to purple-black).


Selection:

Look for grapes that are full in colour, plump and are firmly attached to their stems.
Pick bunches that have green healthy stems as brown dried up stems are a tell for grapes that have been picked a while ago.
