General Description:

Tangelos are a cross between mandarins and grapefruits.
Also known as tangerine, and either a pomelo or a grapefruit.
Is a sweetly tart citrus fruit with a few seeds and is very juicy.
Aromatic with a thin, smooth, moderately loose rind.


Selection:

Choose good quality Tangelos that are firm to slightly soft and feel heavy for their size.
Skin should be smooth without any deep indentations.
