Apple - Bonza
Variety Description:
Has green/cream background colour with a 50-60% red blush.
White firm flesh with a sweet flavour.
Good for use in fruit salads.
Similar in appearance to the Jonathon.
Selection:
Choose apples that are brightly coloured, firm, and free of bruises or damaged skin.
If the flesh gives under pressure, the apple will be soft.
