Is a large, round, thicker skinned variety of with a smooth, green coloured skin.
Mild to rich in flavour.
Good for use in salads, unlike a hass the reed doesn't go mushy when ripe.

Avocados go quickly from ripeness to over ripeness try picking slightly unripe ones.
Look for avocados that are dark green and hard. 
As they ripen they will brown slightly and become slightly soft to thumb pressure. 
Be wary of soft avocados are they may be over-ripe and no good for consumption.
